Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Chicken wings
- 3 x Green onions, cut in 2" piec
- 3 Tbsp. Dry sherry
- 1/4 c. Dark soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sugar Sesame seeds, if you like
Directions
- Remove tips from wings. Leave whole or possibly cut at joint. Place onions in large wok or possibly pan on medium heat. Stir in sherry and soy sauce. Add in sugar and bring to a full boil. Reduce heat and place chicken in mix. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 min, turning occasionally or possibly till done. Sprinkle sesame seeds if you like.
