Ingredients
- 1 x Fully cooked center cut ham slice, about 1" thick
- 1/2 c. Ginger ale
- 1/2 c. Orange juice
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1/8 tsp Grnd cloves
Directions
- Slash fat edge of ham. Whisk briskly the ginger ale, orange juice, brown sugar, vegetable oil, ginger, mustard and cloves. Pour over ham in a shallow dish. Chill at least 2 hrs and preferably overnight. Spoon marinade over ham frequently. Brown on grill over medium coals, or possibly broil about 5 inches from the heat for about 15 min on each side, brushing frequently with marinade.
