Directions

  1. Slash fat edge of ham. Whisk briskly the ginger ale, orange juice, brown sugar, vegetable oil, ginger, mustard and cloves. Pour over ham in a shallow dish. Chill at least 2 hrs and preferably overnight. Spoon marinade over ham frequently. Brown on grill over medium coals, or possibly broil about 5 inches from the heat for about 15 min on each side, brushing frequently with marinade.
