Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. butter
- 2 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 3/4 c.flour
- 2 cans pie filling
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 6 large eggs
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients except pie filling. Mix till dough is fluffy. Spread half of dough on greased jelly roll pan. Spread filling over dough. Top with remaining half of dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 min. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
