  • 3 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 1/3 c. Coconut
  • 8 ounce Cold whip*, thawed
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 x Graham cracker pie crust, 9

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl. Gradually add in lowfat milk; beat till smooth. Stir in coconut, Cold Whip and vanilla. Spoon into crust. Freeze 4 hrs or possibly till hard. Let stand at room temperature 15 min till it can be cut easily. Store leftover pie in freezer.
