Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Dark sesame oil
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
2 med Scallions - white and light green parts slice thin
3 Tbsp. Finely minced unsalted peanuts, (cooked)

Directions

Combine all the above in a small bowl - simple isn't it!
I generally add in more tamarind or possibly lemon juice and more chilli or possibly sambal to the peanut sauce recipes.
