  • 1 lb Elk meat Marinade your favorite
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1/8 tsp Paprika Tarragon to taste Thyme to taste Oil for frying

Directions

  1. Cut meat into chunks to fry. Marinate meat in your favorite marinade in the refrigerator for 7 hrs. Coat each piece with mix of flour, paprika, pepper, tarragon and thyme. Fry chunks of prepared elk in oil till golden brown-brown.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
