Ingredients
- 1 sm packag sugar-free cherry gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 can unsweetened crushed pineapple (20 ounce.)
- 1 1/2 c. warm cooked rice
- 1 c. light whipped topping
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drain pineapple, reserving the juice; set pineapple aside. Add in juice to gelatin. Stir in rice. Refrigeratetill it begins to thicken. Mix in whipped topping and pineapple. Refrigeratefor an additional hour.
