Directions

  1. Beat sugar, Large eggs, Crisco and salt together. Add in water and yeast mix, powdered lowfat milk and flour. Knead immediately, cover and let rise in bowl.
  2. Shape into finger rolls, cover and let rise on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 min. Dip in butter and drain on paper towel or possibly wax paper.
  3. Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
  4. Note: If you have no powdered lowfat milk,dissolve yeast in 1/2 c. hot water and then add in 1 1/2 c. hot lowfat milk.
