Ingredients
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dry tarragon, crumbled
- 4 c. torn escarole (about 1/2 medium head)
- 1 bn radishes, trimmed and sliced salt and pepper
Directions
- Combine first 3 ingredients in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Combine escarole and radishes in large bowl. Add in dressing and toss to coat. Serve salad immediately.
