Elegant Tricolored Kugel Recipe

• Tzippy Mayerfeld
• 2 x -pound bag Bodek broccoli
• 3 x Large eggs
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 2 tsp oil
• 2 tsp cornflake crumbs Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Cook broccoli. Mash and mix with t rest of the ingredients. Lay on bottom of pan. Sprinkle crumbs on mix. Put in freezer.
• 2 x Ibs. Bodek cauliflower
• 3 x Large eggs
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp cornflake crumbs Healthy pinch pepper
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 2 tsp oil Cook cauliflower and mash with fork. Mix with rest of ingredients. Smooth on top of broccoli mix. Sprinkle with crumbs. Freeze.

• 3 x Large eggs
• 1/2 tsp salt Healthy pinch pepper
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 2 tsp oil
• 2 tsp cornflake crumbs
