Ingredients

  • 18 large eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 quart. lowfat milk
  • 3 quart. heavy cream
  • 2 quart. bourbon
  • 1 fifth rum
  • 1 fifth brandy
  • Grated nutmeg

Directions

  1. Separate large eggs. Beat yolks till light. Beat in sugar gradually. Add in 1 qt lowfat milk, stir till sugar dissolves. Pour into punch bowl. Stir in cream, remaining lowfat milk, and alcohol. Let stand 1 hour. Mix in stiffly beaten egg whites. Garnish with nutmeg. 36 drinks.
