Ingredients
- 8 Large eggs, beaten with 1/2 c. water and 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. cooked pork or possibly ham, cut up or possibly shredded
- 1 c. bean sprouts
- 1/2 c. green onions, cut into shreds
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions
- Heat oil in fry pan. Add in meat. Cook 1 minute. Add in onions. Cook 1 minute, turn continuously. Remove from heat. Add in meat mix, sprouts and soy sauce to Large eggs. Return to pan. Fry as a big pancake. Turn when brown. Cook other side. Turn onto serving dish. Cut into diamond shaped pcs.
