Directions

  1. Mix grnd beef, onion, soup and rice in a bowl. (Salt and pepper if you like.) Stuff into peppers. Put in large pot. Pour crushed tomatoes and sauce into pan. Bring to boil. Then simmer for approximately 1 hour till grnd beef is cooked. Add in water as needed.
