Directions

  1. Cook onion and squash till tender and drain. Add in lowfat milk and beaten egg to squash and onion mix. Mix cheese, butter, and 7 crushed Ritz crackers and add in to mix. Add in salt and pepper. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle other 7 crushed Ritz crackers on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 min.
