  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 3 Large eggs, beaten
  • 3 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Pour boiling water into meal and mix. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 9x9-inch dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
