Easy Shrimp And Chicken Creole Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onions, celery, peppers, garlic and chicken in butter for 5 min over low heat. Add in tomatoes, wine, mushrooms, sugar, Gumbo File and parsley. Simmer for 25 min covered. Add in shrimp and simmer till shrimp turns pink, about 5 min. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice. Serves 8.
