Easy Pineapple Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 c. Cubes fresh bread (1-inch)
  • 1 can Crushed pineapple (20-oz) undrained
  • 3 x Large eggs beaten
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 x Butter

Directions

  1. Toss bread cubes and pineapple in a bowl. Spoon into a greased 2-qt bak ing dish. In a bowl, beat Large eggs with sugar; pour over pineapple mix. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 min.
