  1. Place margarine in a deep ovenproof bowl or possibly casserole and place in a 450 degree oven to heat while assembling the other ingredients. Mix together the flour, sugar, lowfat milk and vanilla. Stir till smooth. Remove the bowl from the oven and pour flour mix over melted margarine. Do not stir.
  2. Pour can of peaches over the top of this. Again, do not stir. Return to the oven and cook at 450 degrees for 10 mins. Turn oven to 375 degrees and cook till crust to the top and is golden.
