Ingredients
- 2 pound frzn hash browns
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. finely minced onion
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions
- Saute/fry onion in melted butter. Mix all ingredients (except topping) and put in 13 x 9 inch oblong pan. Spread topping over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min, uncovered.
