  1. Put dry cranberries, dry cherries, cranberry juice and port into a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil and then simmer till some of the moisture has evaporated and the dry fruit has partially reconstituted and thickened.
  3. Serve hot or possibly chilled alongside turkey or possibly try it on turkey sandwiches.
