Ingredients
- 3 lrg ripe tomatoes diced
- 1 x fresh jalapeno pepper diced
- 3 can green chilies - (4 1/2 ounce ea) minced
- 1 bn green onions minced tip to tip
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper - (to 1 1/2)
- 1/2 c. veg. oil
- 1/2 tsp chili pwdr - (to 1)
- 1 tsp garlic salt - (to 1 1/2)
- 3 Tbsp. minced cilantro - (to 4) (optional)
Directions
- In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; stir. Chill. Can be stored for up to three days. The longer the mix sits, the hotter it becomes.
