Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 c. Unsweetened cocoa
- 1 c. Water
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 1/2 c. Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Confectioner's sugar
- 1 c. Minced Nuts, (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F. In small saucepan heat 1 c. butter. Stir in 1/4 c. cocoa, then water. Bring to a boil; remove from heat. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add in cocoa mix. Beat well. Stir in 1/3 c. condensed lowfat milk, Large eggs, and vanilla. Pour into greased 15"x10" jelly roll pan. Bake 15 min or possibly till cake springs back when touched. In a small saucepan heat remaining 1/4 c. butter; stir in remaining 1/4 c. cocoa and condensed lowfat milk. Stir in confectioners sugar and nuts (if used). Spread on hot cake. Cold and serve.
