Directions

  1. Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add in shrimp and stir to coat. Let stand for 20 min.
  2. Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl. Place minced lettuce or possibly Napa cabbage on serving plate.
  3. Place a wok over high heat till warm. Add in oil, swirling to coat sides. Add in shrimp and stir-fry till pink, about 2 to 3 min. Add in broth and cook for 1 minute. Add in sauce and toss to mix well.
  4. Arrange shrimp on plate over minced greens; sprinkle with Diamond Sesame Glazed Walnuts.
  5. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings
