• 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
• 1 x Onion, minced
• 2 x Cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 x 500 gram pac economy sausages, (1lb)
• 1 x 398 gram can minced tomatoes, (14oz)
• 1 x Green pepper, minced
• 2 Tbsp. Tomato puree
• 2 tsp English mustard
• 2 tsp White wine vinegar
• 1 dsh Tabasco Salt and freshly grnd black pepper Boiled rice and sprigs of parsley
