Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 6 ingredients thoroughly. Shape into balls and place side by side in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 40 min.
  2. Combine 1/3 c. brown sugar, 1 Tbsp. cornstarch in saucepan. Add in 1 c. pineapple juice and 1/3 c. vinegar. Cook, stirring constantly, till thickened. Pour into chafing dish. Add in cooked meatballs. Keep hot. Serve with toothpicks. Can be made ahead and all heated together before putting in chafing dish.
