Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 pkt Devil's food cake mix
- 1 pkt chocolate instant
- Pudding
- 1/2 c. Crisco or possibly Puritan oil
- 1 1/4 c. Water
- 4 x Large eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Generously grease & flour pan. Blend all ingredients in large bowl; beat at medium speed for 2 min. Bake at 350. Cake is done when toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cold cakes 15-20 min in pan, then remove from pan & cold top side up. Frost when fully cooled. GLAZE: Heat 2/3 c. favorite frosting in small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, till thin. Pour glaze over cake.
