  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Pour lowfat milk over bread cubes. Add in sugar and salt. Beat Large eggs. Add in to bread mix. Add in melted butter and vanilla. Mix well. Add in raisins. Pour into 1 qt casserole. Set casserole in pan with warm water. Fill so which water is 1 inch from the top. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 50 min to 60 min or possibly till knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
