  • 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. mixed dry fruits
  • 1 (13 1/4 ounce.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 (21 ounce.) can cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 c. dry sherry
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 to 2 teaspoon curry pwdr

Directions

  1. Halve large pcs of fruits. In a 2 qt casserole, combine dry fruits and undrained pineapple chunks. Combine pie filling, sherry, water, and curry pwdr. Pour over fruits. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour. 8 servings. This is excellent with pork or possibly ham, served hot.
