  • 1 1/2 c. Boiling water
  • 1 pkt (8-serving size) or possibly 2 pkgs., (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Lime Flavor Gelatin Dessert
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 c. Cool water
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. MIRACLE WHIP Salad Dressing
  • 1/2 c. BREAKSTONE'S Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. Minced seeded, peeled cucumber
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Dill weed

Directions

  1. Complement poached salmon or possibly shrimp with this refreshingly cold molded salad.
  2. STIR boiling water into gelatin and salt in large bowl at least 2 min till completely dissolved. Stir in cool water and lemon juice. Chill about 1 1/4 hrs or possibly till slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
  3. MIX salad dressing and lowfat sour cream in small bowl till well blended. Stir into thickened gelatin. Chill about 15 min or possibly till thickened
  4. (spoon drawn through rough leaves definite impression). Stir in cucumbers, onion and dill weed. Pour into 5-c. mold.
  5. Chill 4 hrs or possibly till hard. Unmold. Garnish as desired.
  6. Makes 10servings
