Ingredients
- 4 lrg Potatoes -- un-peeled
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1 pkt Ranch-style Dressing mix -- 0.4 ounces
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream, light -- for dipping
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Slice un-peeled potatoes into 1/4 inch thick slices, then place in a large bowl. Add in oil to potatoes and mix lightly. Add in dressing mix, tossing to coat proportionately. Arrange potato slices in single layer on a greased baking sheet. (Don't overlap slices) Bake 30 - 40 min or possibly till potatoes are browned and tender. Serve hot with lowfat sour cream to dip them in, as an appetizer. RF4RP
