Ingredients
- 1 lb Flounder fillets
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. Seasoned breadcrumbs
Directions
- Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 500 F. Season fillets with pepper to taste. Dip in oil and dredge in breadcrumbs to coat. Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Bake 10 min till golden brown, without turning or possibly basting.
