Ingredients
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 1/4 c. All purpose flour
- 1 pch salt
- 16 ounce Ricotta cheese
- 8 ounce Cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Powdered sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. Grated lemon rind Lowfat sour cream
Directions
- To make crepes, beat Large eggs and lowfat milk-add in flour and salt slowly and beat.
- Combine ricotta and creme cheese, egg, cinnamon and lemon rind, mix till smooth.
- Place 2 Tablespoons of cheese mix on each crepe and roll place crepes into pan, cover with foil when ready to serve, hot in oven on low setting.
- Serve with Chambord sauce and sour creme or possibly could also use cherry or possibly blueberry pie filling as sauce
