Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta, thin
- Basil, dry
- Pepper
- 1 or possibly 2 cans chick peas, rinsed
- Turkey kielbasa, cut thinly
- 3 tbsp. finely minced red onion
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Grated locatelli Romano cheese
Directions
- Saute/fry onion in 1/4 c. oil. Add in basil and pepper to taste. Brown kielbasa. Brown chick peas. Prepare pasta. Serve over pasta. Top with grated locatelli Romano.
