  • 1 pound pasta, thin
  • Basil, dry
  • Pepper
  • 1 or possibly 2 cans chick peas, rinsed
  • Turkey kielbasa, cut thinly
  • 3 tbsp. finely minced red onion
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Grated locatelli Romano cheese

Directions

  1. Saute/fry onion in 1/4 c. oil. Add in basil and pepper to taste. Brown kielbasa. Brown chick peas. Prepare pasta. Serve over pasta. Top with grated locatelli Romano.
