Creamy Butter Frosting Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (small) evaporated lowfat milk
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1 stk butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine in saucepan the evaporated lowfat milk, sugar & butter. Bring to a hard boil, stirring constantly. Boil & stir 3 min. Cold 15 min. (Time accurately.) Add in vanilla & beat till of spreading consistency. (I always use on German Chocolate Cake. So easy. Also very good on Pecan cake.)
