Ingredients
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 c. minced onion
- 2 c. unpeeled, 1/2 inch apple chunks
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 4 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. non-fat dry lowfat milk pwdr
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Saute/fry celery, onions, apple chunks in butter till tender. Add in both, cover and simmer over very low heat 10 min. Press through sieve or possibly food mill - return to saucepan. Stir in lowfat milk pwdr, salt and pepper. Heat through. Garnish with apple wedges.
