  • 2 can cream-style corn - (17 ounce ea)
  • 1 c. Original Minute Rice
  • 1 x egg slightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp grnd nutmeg (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Pour into greased 9-inch square baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min or possibly till liquid is absorbed.
  2. This recipe yields 6 servings.
