Ingredients: Sift 2 1/2 c. flour; 1 1/2 c. sugar; 1/2 c. cocoa; 2 teaspoon soda; 1 teaspoon salt; 2/3 c. Crisco; 2 large eggs; 1 c. buttermilk; 1/2 c. water; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 2/3 c. lowfat milk; 2 T butter; 1/4 c. flour; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 1/3 c. sugar; 1/3 c. cool lowfat milk

Ingredients

Sift 2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 c. Crisco
2 large eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. water
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 c. lowfat milk
2 T butter
1/4 c. flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. cool lowfat milk

Directions

Add in:
Beat 3 min on low, 3 min on medium. Pour into greased and lightly floured round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees till done.
Heat. Put together:
Add in:
To dry ingredients. Stir till smooth. Add in to hot lowfat milk and cook till thick. Blend in slightly beaten egg to that a little of the hot mix has been added. Cook till thick. Add in 1/2 tsp vanilla.
