Ingredients
- 8 ounce Cream cheese
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 4 c. Cream-style cottage cheese
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 12 x Crepes
Directions
- Cream the cream cheese with sugar. Blend in cottage cheese and vanilla.
- Place 3 Tbsp. filling in center of each crepe. Fold opposite sides to middle to cover filling and fold the other two sides to middle to make a square package. Place side by side in a shallow baking dish. Heat at 350 for about 15 min. Crepes may be kept, filled, in the refrigerator overnight and baked the next day.
