Ingredients
- 1 lb Minced cranberries
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Minced walnuts or possibly pecans
- 8 1/2 ounce Can crushed pineapple
- 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. Whipped cream
Directions
- Drain pineapple. Blend all ingredients except whipped cream together. Mix in whipped cream. Chill, or possibly freeze if desired.
- I use a 16 ounce carton of nondairy whipped topping instead of 1 c. of whipped cream.
