Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel grapefruit to the flesh and save juice.
  2. Soak sheets of gelatin in cool water.
  3. Peel avocados and slice thinly.
  4. Set aside crab meat.
  5. Pour juice of grapefruit in a pan, heat over moderate heat for 3 min.
  6. Turn off heat and cold a bit, then pepper and add in gelatin.
  7. Set aside.
  8. Arrange avocado slices, crabmeat, and grapefruit sections in 4 glasses.
  9. Pour grapefruit juice on top and let stand several hrs in refrigerator.
