Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Margarine
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. Grated courgette
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Minced nuts
- 1 c. Chocolate chips
Directions
- Blend as for cookies.
- Bake at 350, 8-10 min
- NOTE: The recipe was given to me by my hairdresser who got it from a client. When I made them, they took closer to 15-18 min to bake.
- The cookies are very moist and stay chewy.
