  • 1 x Beaten egg
  • 1/2 c. Butter, (melted)
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt Monterey jack pepper cheese, (8 ounce)
  • 1 c. Bisquick

Directions

  1. Mix first six ingredients and then stir in Bisquick. Bake at 350 for one hour (no lid)
