Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1 lb lean grnd beef
  • 1 can tomato juice - (15 ounce)
  • 1 med onion chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chili pwdr
  • 1 1/2 x teapoons salt or possibly to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 dsh Tabasco sauce

Directions

  1. Brown grnd beef, crumbling into small, very small pcs along the way. Add in remaining ingredientss, stir well, and simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hrs, stirring occasionally, to thicken.
