Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 lb lean grnd beef
- 1 can tomato juice - (15 ounce)
- 1 med onion chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 1/2 x teapoons salt or possibly to taste
- 1 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 dsh Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Brown grnd beef, crumbling into small, very small pcs along the way. Add in remaining ingredientss, stir well, and simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hrs, stirring occasionally, to thicken.
