Directions

  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling water according to package directions. Drain.
  2. Whisk together sesame oil, garlic, ginger root,peanut butter,soy sauce, vinegar, andlemon juice. Mix dressing with warm cooked pasta. Add in scallions, radishes and cucumber and mix together gently. Refrigeratein the refrigerator for several hrs, covered, before serving.
