Ingredients
- 1/3 c. butter softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 whl egg
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter melted
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Cream together butter, sugar, and egg; set aside. Sift together flour, baking pwdr, and nutmeg. Add in dry ingredients to butter mix, alternating with the lowfat milk. Spoon into 12 well-greased muffin c.. Bake at 350 for 13 to 15 min.
- Topping: Combine sugar and cinnamon. Allow muffins to cold 5 min. Dip tops in melted butter and then roll the tops in cinnamon mix.
