Directions

  1. Rinse cilantro under cool running water, bolt dry with paper towels and pluck the leaves from the stem.
  2. Rinse and trim radishes from stem and cut them into 1/4 inch dice. Cut onion into 1/4 inch dice.
  3. Combine the cilantro, radishes and onion in a serving bowl toss to mix. Relish is best served within 2 hrs of preparing.
