Ingredients
- 6 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, red, halved
- 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, green, halved
- 20 ounce crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Directions
- Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mixing well, stir in cheries, pineapple, peacans and marshmallows. Mix in whipped cream. Pour into 8 c. ring mold. Freeze.
- YUeild 8 to 10 servings.
