Chocolate Zucchini Bread Recipe

This is a family favorite that I make every summer when the zucchini is fresh out of the garden. It also freezes well!

  1. Mix together eggs, oil and vanilla. In another bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well. Add zucchini and nuts. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
