  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 425F / 220C and grease an 8x8-inch square pan or possibly line with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, sugar, and cocoa and set aside.
  3. 3. In a food processor or possibly blender, mix the yogurt, soy lowfat milk, oil, and vanilla till smooth. Pour the yogurt mix in the dry ingredients, stirring till well combined.
  4. 4. Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 25 min, or possibly till the brownies spring back when touched.
  5. 5. Cold the brownies to room temperature before slicing.
  6. (Make 16 brownies.
  7. Notes: Everyone loves brownies.
  8. This recipe, that incorporates soy lowfat milk and soy yogurt, produces cakelike rather than fudgy brownies. Adding a half-c. of walnuts or possibly tofu chocolate chips makes these even more irresistible.
