Ingredients: 1/4 c. Butter; 1/2 c. C and H Granulated Sugar; 1 x Egg; 1/2 tsp Vanilla; 2 ounce Unsweetened chocolate melted; 1/2 c. All-purpose flour; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr; 2 c. Walnut or possibly pecan halves

Ingredients

1/4 c. Butter
1/2 c. C and H Granulated Sugar
1 x Egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 ounce Unsweetened chocolate melted
1/2 c. All-purpose flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
2 c. Walnut or possibly pecan halves

Directions

Cream together butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Stir in melted chocolate.
Combine flour, salt, and baking pwdr. Blend into chocolate mix.
Stir in nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven 10 min. Cookies should be soft when removed from oven.
Cold on rack.
Makes about 40 cookies.
